ERP Consultant

Key accountabilities 

The right candidate will: 

  • Collaborate mainly with top management and with internal stakeholders to analyze complex needs and define best practices to translate business requirements into functional system processes. 

  • Work with existing ERP software (Entersoft), recommending and using the latest technologies, to elevate business expectations and goals through the company’s analysis and deep – constantly updated knowledge. 

  • Interact with the business, markets, the company, the IT department, and top management. 

  • Work with company’s leadership on customization of the platform for alignment with critical business processes and workflow, while also working with corporate information systems team on backend integration. 

  • Assist in developing processes and procedures that will improve user experience for customers, partners and employees across all digital touch points. 

  • Prepare and provide training for the use of the ERP, including creating and maintaining the process and training documentation. 

  • Advise leadership on potential business impact of new technologies and systems towards improving efficiencies and/or strengthens internal controls 

  • Participate in or create other projects as required such as B2B e-commerce platform development, mobile applications, marketing automation software implementation, price monitoring software implementation, etc. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information technology or IT related field in a good foundation 

  • Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or MBA will be considered an asset 

  • A min of 3 years’ hands-on experience in Business Analysis based on ERP systems and custom configuration and/or integration 

  • Experience with ERP is essential – Entersoft preferred 

  • Good understanding of ERP functionalities in Finance, Procurement, Sales, Facilities Management and how business processes work and integrate in an ERP environment 

  • Very good knowledge and practical usage of MS Office tools

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with efficiency in communicating process changes and improvements to all levels of the team cross-functionally (interpersonal efficiency) as well as present findings to top management
