Italian-speaking Back Office Sales Department Officer
Responsibilities:
- Order management and data entry.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Collaborating with the sales department to ensure smooth workflow processes.
- Communicating with customers and partners in Italy to resolve issues and provide support.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the Italian language (written and spoken).
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally ENTERSOFT.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar back office or sales department role.
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages.
