Italian-speaking Back Office Sales Department Officer
Responsibilities:
- Order management and data entry
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
- Collaborating with the sales department to ensure smooth workflow processes
- Communicating with customers and partners in Italy to resolve issues and provide support
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the Italian language (written and spoken)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally ENTERSOFT
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar back office or sales department role
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages
