Italian-speaking Back Office Sales Department Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Order management and data entry.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Collaborating with the sales department to ensure smooth workflow processes.
  • Communicating with customers and partners in Italy to resolve issues and provide support.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the Italian language (written and spoken).
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally ENTERSOFT.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar back office or sales department role.
  • Proficiency in additional foreign languages.
