Senior Exports Area Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven track record in export sales, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of global markets. This role involves extensive travel (>50% of the time) to maintain and expand our client base in Greece and abroad. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of local sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
  • Execute comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new clients, expand market share, and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners in Europe. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct visits to clients, presenting product solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
