Deposited metal free of cracks and pores with resistance to damage from heavy impact work
Processed only with grinding
Multirun hard surfacing without buffer layer is possible without detachment from the base material. When hard facing difficult to weld steels, a buffer layer deposited with UNIVERS or CITOCHROMAX-N is required.
Suitable for hard surfacing subject to continuous friction (dredge buckets, drills, cones, crusher plates, excavators, augers, breakers, etc.)
